== Adding recommended games ==
Whether a game should be added to the wiki or not just comes down to the question: ''Do most people on /v/ generally recommend the game?'' If the answer to that is yes, then go ahead and add it, but if not - and even if you personally think it's a great game - it shouldn't be added.

A good resource for recommended games is charts that get posted on /v/, like:

Most of them. The majority of this site was made ~2009-2013 so there's a lot that needs updating, even on the more popular systems. And there's a lot of obscure systems that don't have any games listed at all yet: [[Systems with no recommended games]]

=== Exclusives / Definitive releases ===
To make finding the best version of a game easier, exclusives and the definitive version/port of a game is marked with a colored background. To do this you just need to add the [[Template:Exclusive|<nowiki>{{Exclusive}}</nowiki>]] template to the row of a table, like so:
