This will let you black-bar some text in an article, so that people who are reading it casually won't read something that will "spoil" a surprise in the associated story. If you want to see what's there, you gotta highlight by clicking the cursor and dragging it over the black bar.
It's supposed to have mouse rollover for changing text, so you don't have to click-drag the mouse. Dunno why it's not working.
