The Cybiko was a Russian low-cost PDA aimed at children and teenagers, released in the turn of the millennium. Its big selling point was radio texting which let you chat with anyone with a similar device nearby. Also, the company constantly offered free games and programs for download. This made it at least a modest success initially. However, its sales quickly waned, as cell phones were becoming more powerful and affordable around that time.
