|Newbs won't know this, but Opera is the most renowned mobile web browser from ye olden days. If you've unfortunate enough to be on a network that limits your data, try the Mini version, which relies on Opera's servers to compress webpages, saving you data and long loading times.
Opera was recently sold to a Chinese company, and launched a "free" VPN service (read: your data going through Chinese servers).
